Do you offer free delivery? 

  • Currently free delivery is not an option 

Where do you ship to? 

  • We ship worldwide from this store; however, shipping costs are the customers responsibility 

Why is my order coming in multiple shipments?

  • The Tree of Love, LLC uses different fulfillment companies; therefore, each one will ship its product. 

Where is my package? 

  • Once an order has shipped, an email with a tracking information will be sent to you. If you have not received a delivery confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your ‘spam’ folder.
